We Handle the Paperwork for You. Insurance policies can be confusing, and as your dentist, we understand what’s needed to make your smile its best one yet. Our front office team talks insurance, so you don’t have to. We are here to help you make sense of the coverage you have and give you our best estimate for what you’ll be responsible for covering out of pocket.

  • Our Network: We participate in the Delta Dental Premier Network.
  • Open Network: If you have a different provider, we are happy to accept any traditional plan that allows you to choose your own dentist (out-of-network benefits).
  • The “Courtesy” Service: As a courtesy to you, we will file your claims, track them, and handle the back-and-forth with the insurance company. While we do our best to estimate your coverage, please remember that your policy is a contract between you and your insurer, and any remaining balance is your responsibility.

Many of our patients do not have dental insurance. We offer several direct payment options to make checking out simple and easy.

Monthly Financing with CareCredit

Get the Care You Need Now, Pay Over Time. Sometimes, breaking the cost of treatment into smaller, manageable monthly payments makes all the difference. We partner with CareCredit, a third-party financing service that functions like a credit card for your healthcare needs.

  • Why use it? It allows you to move forward with treatment immediately, whether it’s a root canal or a new crown, and pay for it over a timeline that fits your budget.
  • How to apply: You can apply online in minutes or let our team help you with the application right here in the office.

Our Financial Policy

To maintain the high standard of care our patients expect, we ask that payment (or your estimated co-pay) be made at the time of service. If you have specific questions about your bill or need to discuss arrangements before your appointment, please don’t hesitate to ask. We’re here to help, with more than just your teeth.
