Led by Dr. John Young and joined by his wife, Caroline, and their daughter, Katherine, ours is the kind of practice where family and care go hand in hand.

We believe care should feel comfortable, not clinical. That’s why we take time to talk through your options, explain costs clearly, and check in along the way to make sure you’re at ease.

Our team brings years of experience, curiosity, and compassion to everything we do. We stay current with new techniques and training, but what matters most is how you feel when you’re here.

Lauren
Dental Hygienist

Lauren loves getting to know people and helping them feel confident about their oral health. After graduating from ETSU, she returned home to serve her community. She and her husband have a baby boy and enjoy camping, hiking, reading, and church activities. Her humor and calm nature make every visit comfortable.

Jennifer
Dental Hygienist

For nearly 30 years, Jennifer has built trust through education and prevention. She and her husband Kent love life on their family farm, where cows, goats, and dogs Mocha and Java keep them busy. When she’s not outdoors, Jennifer enjoys time with her children Katie and Kyle and daughter-in-law Alexsis.

Alicia
Dental Hygienist

Alicia brings over 30 years of experience and a heart for connection. She’s a fellow of the ADHA and president-elect of the Tennessee Dental Hygiene Association. Outside the office, she loves traveling with friends, cheering on her college-age kids, Jacob and Christina, and spending time with her fiancé Chris.

Caroline
Office Manager

Caroline blends science and service with a gift for organization. A former professor at Tennessee Wesleyan University, she first managed Dr. Young’s office in Kentucky. She and Dr. Young have been married over 30 years and love time with their children, pets, good books, and the quiet of nature.

Christie
Office Administrator

Warm, quick-witted, and endlessly helpful, Christie brings over 15 years of dental and administrative experience to our front desk. She has a son, Brandon, two dogs, Dazzi Mae and Sofie, and a granddaughter who keeps her smiling. She loves camping and kayaking when she’s off the clock.

Autumn
Dental Assistant

Autumn has a gift for helping patients relax in the chair. She stays up to date on new technology and loves making every visit smooth and stress-free. Outside the office, she enjoys shopping and time with her husband Roger, their three kids Audrie, Roman, and Tatum, and their grandson.

Ashley
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Ashley’s calm confidence makes her an essential part of our clinical team. Always eager to learn, she’s continually expanding her skills through continuing education. When she isn’t caring for patients, she’s kayaking or spending time with friends and family.
